Born and raised in Surabaya, Dhito has been singing in choir since his childhood. He also participated in several choir competitions, both as a singer and conductor. Since 2009, Dhito has intensively improved his singing by taking a vocal course in the Petra Christian University. He also actively participates in symposiums of music, both national and international, and has performed some choral works by Haydn, Beethoven, Mozart, and Mendelssohn. In 2010 and 2012, Dhito made his way to the World Youth Choir as a representative of Indonesia. Currently, Dhito is actively teaching vocal studies in a music school and working with the Eliata Choir Surabaya and some church choirs in Surabaya.
